This role owns the growth strategy for Phrase Strings, the solution built for teams localizing software, games, mobile apps, and visual assets. You’ll define product initiatives that drive new customer acquisition, account growth, and expansion, always anchored in the value Strings delivers to the people using it day to day. You’ll craft narratives that speak directly to users, and equip marketing, sales, and customer success teams to explain that value with confidence. Expect close, hands-on collaboration with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams, alongside direct engagement with customers to build a solid understanding of their problems and how Phrase Strings solves them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What you’ll be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Identify and define product initiatives that drive adoption, user satisfaction, and growth, and secure leadership buy-in to execute them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Own initiatives end-to-end, from inception through to measurable post-launch growth impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to bring initiatives to life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Engage directly with customers and users to build a solid understanding of their problems and how Strings solves them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Judge whether a tactical improvement will genuinely move growth or simply distract, and make sure shipped work lands with real impact rather than just going live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Keep the wider company informed on new initiatives, progress, and results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Use AI to contribute to how the team works, actively improving processes and tooling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Stretch into new skills, supported by managers and colleagues invested in your growth every step of the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What you need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 5+ years of product management experience building products for developers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Solid technical understanding of APIs, code repositories, and the software development lifecycle (active engineering experience, even on side projects, desirable).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 A track record of driving growth through product innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 A strong innovation mindset paired with pragmatism \u2014 willing to explore novel options and technologies without insisting on them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Genuine interest in how software development and localization are evolving in the age of AI-powered tooling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders, regions, and functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Proactive and collaborative, comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
