FAQ
Who is this program for?
Phrase customers with a developer on their team who can complete an initial setup. You don’t need to be a power user but you do need someone comfortable with GitHub-based workflows. We’ll guide you through everything in the onboarding call.
How do I join?
Fill in the form on this page. We’ll reach out within a few business days to schedule a kickoff call and get your pipeline set up together.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Participation is completely free, no strings attached.
What happens after I sign up?
We’ll schedule a setup call, configure Zero Touch Localization for your project together, and then you run it against your real workflows. At the end of the program, we’ll send you a short feedback survey. If you’d like a follow-up call, that’s optional.
Who needs to be involved from our side?
Primarily a developer familiar with your GitHub setup. Your localization manager or account owner is welcome on the kickoff call, but the day-to-day is developer-facing.
Do I need to already be using Repo Sync?
Yes, Repo Sync is a core component of Zero Touch Localization.
What kind of feedback are you looking for?
How the pipeline performs against your real workflows; what works, what breaks, what’s missing, and how much time it saves. We may also ask if you’d be willing to share a stat or a quote for future use (entirely optional)
