Pamela Ghosal is Director of Global Communications at Phrase, where she oversees external communications, corporate reputation and thought leadership, shaping how the company builds authority with enterprise audiences around AI, customer experience and international growth.
Her remit includes Phrase’s global PR and analyst relations programs, develops research-led thought leadership, and builds executive visibility across media, industry events and third-party platforms. She also runs customer advocacy, working with customers to develop stories that demonstrate measurable business impact and bring their experience to a wider audience.
Pamela is the founder and executive producer of In Other Words, Phrase’s executive podcast, which brings together senior business leaders to discuss the forces reshaping global business. Guests include executives and leaders from EY, Canva, Nokia, TikTok, Booking.com and Nike.
With more than two decades of experience across global marketing and communications, Pamela has held senior roles at Xerox, OKI and BEA Systems, now part of Oracle. Earlier in her career, she led OKI’s first global multichannel brand campaign which received the B2B Marketing Award for Best Product Launch Campaign, multiple President’s Awards for Business Excellence and People Awards at OKI and Xerox.
She speaks four languages and holds a postgraduate diploma in Digital Marketing from the Institute of Digital Marketing where she has been honored as a Fellow.
Outside of work, Pamela enjoys movies, traveling and exploring new languages, cuisines and cultures. She is a keen runner and a yoga enthusiast.
