Historically, these needs were met through Pega’s central localization team. But with demand surging and timelines tightening, it became clear a new approach was needed, one that would evolved & scale without sacrificing rigor or security.

Off-the-shelf machine translation (MT) tools offered speed but did not provide enterprise-level protection or contextual accuracy. For Pega, that wasn’t a trade-off worth making.
