BeLazy is the vendor-neutral, metadata-driven integration layer that turns the Phrase Localization Platform into a complete localization operation, out of the box.

Phrase TMS and Phrase Strings are both supported as native, first-party integrations on BeLazy. While Phrase Orchestrator automates workflows inside the Phrase platform, BeLazy adds the operations, business, and budget management around it, with deep integrations into business management systems, content systems, email, task trackers, vendor portals, customer portals, and AI tooling that sit outside any TMS.

Out of the box, a Phrase customer can ingest projects from any internal or customer system using a few simple metadata fields (name, languages, files, deadlines) without their developers ever having to learn TMS internals. The same intake flows automatically into Phrase, into a business management system of choice (deep, partnership-backed integrations with Plunet, XTRF, and Protemos, the BeLazy BMS API for your own system, or just the built-in Google Sheets-based project and assignment integration for teams that don’t need a heavyweight BMS), and out to vendors. Any external MT engine, LLM, quality estimation model, or QA tool can also be infused into the workflow per client, domain, workflow step, or language pair. While Phrase runs the production, BeLazy keeps the policy.

Because everything BeLazy connects is driven by your metadata, the work you invest in setting up Phrase integrations is never stranded. Connectors built for other TMSes, iPaaS platforms, or CMS middleware can be mixed and matched and routed into Phrase, so content systems that lack a native Phrase connector are still reachable through BeLazy. 200+ connectors are available today, new ones can be built in hours using the same metadata model, and every project, every automated step, every human intervention is captured in a continuous audit log alongside Phrase, so localization leaders can analyze where time is spent, where exceptions occur, and where to automate next.

BeLazy is purpose-built for localization, operated by localization teams rather than engineers, with UI-based mapping instead of code-level workflow logic.
